The Disneyland Resort has announced the name and concept of the new spa coming to the the award-winning Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa in Spring 2020. Tenaya Stone Spa will be continuing the grand legacy that this hotel has built and will feature an all-new luxurious experience thanks to Walt Disney Imagineers . 

Preserving the Californian heritage, Tenaya Stone Spa will highlight the spirit and nature of the golden state. Tenaya, in some indigenous cultures, can mean “to dream,” which is a perfect name for this spa. When we are able to relax and dream, we are able to recharge and reawaken renewed and refreshed. 

The spa will be a full-service spa with an array of revitalizing treatments from facials to massages and body treatments to salon services all set in a peaceful rejuvenating setting.

In the ‘relaxation room’ (pictured above), Craftsman architecture will be highlighted throughout with comfortable furnishings, a calming water feature, and a dazzling stained glass window featuring a brilliant rising run. 

The spa will be located near the new GCH Craftsman Bar and the hotel’s entrance to Disney California Adventure Park.
