Walt Disney World just released an image of the new Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card exclusively for guests who attend the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The Halloween party returns to Magic Kingdom this Friday, August 16. Each year Merlin the Magician creates a magical spell for Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom players to use against the Disney villains who are trying to take over Magic Kingdom park. This year’s spell is the “Phantasmal Fireworks’ Flash” inspired my the new Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party fireworks show called, “Disney’s Not so Spooky Spectacular.”

For the readers who are unfamiliar with Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, this is an interactive experience only available in Magic Kingdom park. Guests of all ages can join Merlin and help him defeat Disney villains from taking over Magic Kingdom. Guests will visit magic portals around the park to search for villains and cast spells using the cards to fight back against the villains. Guests who are interested in participating can begin their journey at the Firehouse on Main Street, U.S.A, where they can acquire the items needed to play. No Purchase is necessary- only valid park admission.

The special Halloween event card will be distributed (at the Firehouse) only on event nights where guests have their valid party ticket and wristband. The regular Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card packs will be available during the party as well. Who will help join and help Merlin protect the Magic Kingdom?
