Disney’s Riviera Resort located at Walt Disney World is projected to open on December 16, 2019. This new resort and Disney Vacation Club property is currently finishing up construction but released a glimpse of one of the playful features within the resort, S’il Vous Play. 

S’il Vous Play, is an interactive water play area for young guests to splash around and enjoy the sun. The fountain idea drew inspiration from the grand public fountains that can be found throughout Europe. The play area will feature some whimsical characters from the scene “Dance of the Hours” in the 1940 Disney classic, Fantasia. 

The beloved animals will be featured throughout S’il Vous Play; highlighting music, art, dance and storytelling. Some of the scenes you’ll find in the play area are hippos splashing water into ornamental basins, ostriches dancing, and an elephant filling a bucket with his trunk.

The classical music from the animated film will not only be in S’il Vous Play, but throughout the resort featuring many renowned European composers.
